I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels in different languages and a well-stocked minibar. They reminded me of cleaner versions of famous properties in Budapest and Istanbul. The service was good overall, with professional skills demonstrated by the staff. The location was convenient, central, and close to great dining options and a park for leisurely walks. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide array of dishes and even techogym training facilities. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

My room, which was covered by my travel agency, was very nice and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels in different languages, a minibar, and a refrigerator. It felt like a cleaner version of famous properties in Budapest and Istanbul.

The service was good, with staff being attentive and Yeszhan stood out for being unbelievably helpful in addressing our needs and questions during our stay at Almaty Rixos.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the center, and just 20 minutes away from Medeo where you can take the cable car to Shymbulak Ski resort. It also had a park nearby for relaxing walks.

The dining experience was fantastic, surpassing any I have ever experienced. There were various exotic local honeys, sushi, miso soup, Turkish gozleme, omelets, oatmeal, smoked salmon, local meats, and cheeses to enjoy. The 'live kitchen' concept added to the experience.
